The Internet may have remained unbroken but the casting call that actor Aamir Khan put out on social media last week brought down the server in his office, so overwhelming was the response to his tweet and Facebook post.
Last week, the 50-year-old put out a social media plea asking people to help his banner Aamir Khan Productions identify a fresh female face who could act as well as sing for their next project.
In less than half an hour of Aamir’s tweet, over 3,000 responses came in. All of these entries were heavy, as they came with a video attached. Result – the server in the office crashed, a source told IANS.
