Actress Sonam Kapoor, who will play the role of flight attendant Neerja Bhanot, who was gunned down by terrorists in 1986, shared her look from the film on Twitter.
The 29-year-old actress, who chopped her tresses for her role, called the biopic her ‘most special film’. Neerja was Pan Am chief purser who was killed when Flight 73 was hijacked in Karachi in 1986.
The biopic on Neerja Bhanot also stars veteran actress Shabana Azmi. Ace photographer Atul Kasbekar marks his debut as a producer with the film.
