In the recent development to Salman Khan‘s hit and run case, the prosecutor has asked for a re-examination of the RTO officer. The prosecutor said that certain replies during cross examination were vague.
In its response, the Supreme Court stated that the clarification of such can be done during re-examination.
Meanwhile, the defence argued that the witness is not qualified as he was given one-day long training session on Indica and not imported cars.
